About Christian Lindner

Christian Lindner is Germany’s Federal Minister of Finance and the chairman of the Free Democratic Party. As chairman of the Free Democrats Parliamentary Group Christian Lindner established a constructive and successful parliamentary group in the German Bundestag. In the 2021 elections the FDP achieved one of its best results ever. After successful coalition negotiations Christian Lindner became Germany’s Federal Minister of Finance on December, 8th 2021.

Convinced that Germany is in dire need of a modernizing upgrade, Christian Lindner is urging for a priority on economic growth, stable finances, digitalization and education. At the heart of all of his political endeavors, however, lays the individual. Only through empowering individuals, Germany can build a prosperous and just future. Hence, Germany's upgrade is also a mission of empowering individuals all throughout Germany.
